Tri Clamp Reducing Tees | In Stock Sanitary Reducing Tee Supplier

In stock sanitary tri clamp reducing tees, stainless steel, 3A certified for hygienic piping diameter transition.

Description

Tri Clamp Reducing Tees

Tri Clamp Reducing Tees (Sanitary Reducing Tri Clamp Tee, also called Sanitary Reducing Tri Clamp Tee) are fittings used in sanitary piping systems to simultaneously achieve flow diversion and pipe diameter conversion.
The three Tri Clamp ports are not completely identical in diameter, so diameter reduction is completed directly at the pipeline branch point without an additional reducer. The full quick-install structure, together with tri clamp clamps and gaskets, enables quick assembly and disassembly.
The product is one-piece formed from 304/316L stainless steel and complies with 3A Sanitary Standard, FDA, and ASME BPE specifications. The inner wall is smooth with no dead corners and supports CIP/SIP clean-in-place cleaning and sterilization. It is widely used in clean fluid piping for food, dairy, pharmaceutical, biological, beverage, and other industries.
Mainstream specifications are regularly stocked, and non-standard customization is also supported.

Structural Features of Tri Clamp Reducing Tees

  1. One-piece reducing tee structure: Flow diversion + diameter reduction are completed on the same tee body, reducing the number of pipeline joints and lowering leakage points.

  2. Smooth transition flow channel: The reduction position transitions smoothly, reducing medium retention and meeting sanitary cleaning requirements.

  3. Full Tri Clamp quick-install end faces: All ports are standardized, making disassembly, assembly, inspection, and maintenance convenient, and compatible with tri clamp fittings of the same series.

  4. Flexible customization: Special diameter combinations and eccentric reduction solutions can be customized according to customer pipeline drawings.tri clamp reducing tee

Typical Application Scenarios

  • Branch flow diversion, pressure reduction, and diameter reduction in dairy and beverage production lines

  • Pharmaceutical purified water and bioprocess sampling branch piping

  • Diameter reduction nodes in sanitary piping for craft brewing, daily chemicals, and clean fluids

  • Process pipelines where a main large pipe branches into a small branch pipe

Selection Notes

  1. Distinguish from Tri Clamp Tee: Tri Clamp Tee has three equal-diameter ports and only performs flow diversion; Tri Clamp Reducing Tee is reducing and performs flow diversion while achieving pipe diameter conversion. Do not confuse them during selection.

  2. Confirm diameter combination: Confirm the size of each of the three ports before ordering. We support various reducing combinations.

  3. Polishing grade: Ra0.8μm for ordinary transport; Ra0.4μm mirror polishing is recommended for high-cleanliness pharmaceutical and biological scenarios.

  4. Pressure application: Standard models are used for conventional sanitary working conditions; for high-pressure conditions, choose High Pressure Tri Clamp Fittings.

Common FAQ

Q: Can Tri Clamp Reducing Tee be made with eccentric reduction?
A: Standard models are concentric reduction structures. Eccentric structures are non-standard and can be customized according to drawings.

Q: Will a reducing tee be more prone to material accumulation?
A: We use a stretch one-piece forming process. The flow channel transitions smoothly, and after polishing meets standards, it can satisfy CIP/SIP cleaning.

Q: Are there stocks available?
A: Mainstream commonly used reducing specifications are in stock. Special sizes require a custom lead time.
