Ben is a specialist in sanitary stainless steel tubing and fittings, with more than XX years of experience in hygienic fluid processing. He masters manufacturing & inspection requirements under 3A, ASME BPE, ASTM A270 and FDA material standards.
He founded PuroFlow to solve common pain points: inconsistent internal surface finish, material mismatch and incomplete documentation in sanitary component supply. Ben leads the QC system from raw material verification, polishing inspection to clean packaging.

Our Technical Team
The technical team of PuroFlow, operated under CH Control Equipment (SH) Co., LTD, consists of hygienic fluid process engineers, precision machining specialists, QC inspectors and technical support staff. Our team holds years of hands-on experience in sanitary piping solutions.
We are well-versed in international standards including 3A, ASME BPE, ASTM A270 and DIN 11850. Our expertise covers the full production workflow of sanitary stainless steel tubing & fittings in 304, 316L and duplex grades: internal polishing, passivation, orbital welding, Ra surface inspection and batch traceability.
Our team is involved in quality control at every stage: drawing review, custom development, raw material PMI testing, finished product inspection and clean packaging. We focus on the core requirements of hygienic components: crevice-free design, zero dead legs and consistent surface finish.
Beyond manufacturing, we act as your technical partner for food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical and biotech projects. We support sample validation, documentation review and technical troubleshooting, delivering reliable, compliant sanitary tubing and fittings for global buyers.
In-house Manufacturing & Production Capacity
We own integrated production lines, manufacturing sanitary tubes directly from stainless steel coils. With polishing & precision machining equipment, we supply standard sanitary tubing and fittings in bulk and accept custom orders. In-line inspection ensures stable material quality and reliable delivery.
Sanitary stainless steel tubing is continuously formed and discharged on automatic tube-making machines.
High-cleanliness sanitary tubing after precision cutting and polishing is neatly stacked for subsequent processing.
The automated fitting machining center performs high-precision turning and end-face machining on slender stainless steel tubes.
Large stainless steel coils neatly stored in the workshop serve as the main raw material for the sanitary tubing production line.
